Have your say on Australia’s major banks 

Remember the Banking Royal Commission? The stories of fees for no service, kickbacks to dodgy introducers, and fees charged to dead people? The final report was handed down seven years ago, so we thought we’d take a look at how things are going now. 

 

Since 2019, we’ve seen banks failing to protect Australians from scams, failing to respond to customers who were facing financial hardship, and unfairly charging fees to customers on low incomes.
