Let's put an end to travel chaos

Unusable flight credits, delayed flights, disappearing baggage, and endless call wait times – these are just some of the reasons CHOICE has awarded Qantas a Shonky Award this year. We’ll be writing a letter to federal, state and territory consumer affairs ministers calling for stronger protections for travellers, and it will be so much stronger if we can show them why thousands of people support fairer travel laws.
